By accessing and using Nomestia's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 Reservation Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Nomestia and payment of the required deposit.

2.2 Guest Information

You must provide accurate and complete information for all guests included in your booking. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.

2.3 Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Special conditions may apply for guests under 18 years staying at our properties.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Rates and Charges

All rates are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice. Rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

3.3 Additional Charges

You are responsible for any additional charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to room service, minibar, spa services, and damage to property.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate type and length of stay. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

Generally, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival: No refund

5. Limitation of Liability

Nomestia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.

6. Property Rules

6.1 Check-in/Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

6.2 Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or compromise the safety and comfort of others.

7. Modifications

Nomestia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the property is located.
